Matrixyl® Neolide™ is an encapsulated peptide-vitamin complex, where the first Matrixyl® (Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4; pal-KTTKS version) is combined with Tocopherol (vitamin E) and packed in submicron liposomes made from natural components.

According to the manufacturer's claim, Matrixyl® Neolide™ has shown better performance than Matrixyl®, thanks to a newer liposomal delivery system. It enables higher penetration rates, controlled release, and protection of actives from other formulation ingredients and the skin's proteolytic enzymes after application.

Manufacturer's comparative tests with Matrixyl® showed reductions in fine lines of up to 11%, enhanced collagen I and III production, and increased skin firmness of up to 32%. Clinical trials of Matrixyl® Neolide™ showed noticeable results after 15 days of application, with even better results when combined with microneedling.
