Trylagen™ is an anti-aging complex with Pseudoalteromonas ferment extract, two peptides (Tripeptide-10 Citrulline, Tripeptide-1), and two hydrolyzed proteins (wheat and soy), packed in liposomes, that boost collagen synthesis. Manufacturer's tests showed that it enhances the synthesis of collagen types I, III, and IV, thereby increasing collagen levels that are reduced or lost during aging.

Trylagen™ ensures better adhesion of collagen fibers, protects collagen from depletion, maintains collagen levels, and limits glycation to reduce age-related changes whose irreversible accumulation leads to loss of skin elasticity. Tripeptide-1 enhances collagen production, while Tripeptide-10 Citrulline improves the organization and better cohesion of fibers.

Pseudoalteromonas ferment extract is known for its hydrating and anti-aging properties and for boosting collagen and elastin synthesis. Soy and wheat protein hydrolyzate peptides also show stimulating activity on dermal fibroblasts and improve Collagen III production.

Inhibition of collagenase MMP activity by Trylagen™ preserves collagen, preventing degradation and damage in mature skin—optimal hydration and increased elasticity work synergistically to smooth fine lines and wrinkles visibly.

A clinical trial conducted by the manufacturer with a panel of 20 female volunteers, aged 35 to 55, who applied a face cream containing 5% this cosmetic complex twice daily on one side of the face (around the eye), and a placebo cream on the other side, for 30 days, confirmed its effective anti-aging action.
