Oligopeptide-41 is a synthetic peptide with the sequence Ala-Ser-Ala-Lys-Trp-Thr-His-Asn-Gly-Gly-Glu-Met-Phe that suppresses Dickkopf 1 (DKK-1), which itself acts as a WNT Signaling Pathway Inhibitor. This peptide is also known under the trade name CG-Keramin1.

DKK-1 is involved in pathologic processes resulting in pattern baldness. Inhibiting DKK-1, Oligopeptide-41 preserves hair follicles and prevents hair loss.

In addition, Oligopeptide-41 boosts hair follicle cell proliferation and migration, reduces UV-induced follicular cell apoptosis, and strengthens follicles and hair.
