PEG-50 Hydrogenated Castor Oil
PEG-50 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is a 50-mole ethoxylate of hydrogenated castor oil. It is a multifunctional, water-soluble emulsifier used in personal care formulations.
PEG-50 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is a solid in the form of a soft paste. Its HLB value is 13.5 and is used as a powerful emulsifier, pigment dispersant, solubilizer, and wetting agent.
PEG-50 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is resistant to hydrolysis and is used in various acidic and alkaline formulations. It may also enhance the gelling properties of other surfactants in water-in-oil emulsions.
