Kalpariane®

Kalpariane® is a botanical complex based on a protein extracted from brown algae (Alaria Esculenta). It is a multifunctional ingredient that energizes dermal cells, maintains moisture retention, protects from free radicals, and provides a slight firming effect.

Kalpariane inhibits enzymes responsible for dermal fiber destruction, such as collagenase and elastase, preserving collagen and elastin and improving skin's suppleness, smoothness, and elasticity. It also replenishes the lipid barrier and enhances water-binding capacity, helping fight stretch marks and wrinkles.
