PEG-10 Glyceryl Stearate
PEG-10 Glyceryl Stearate is a polyoxyethylene (10 moles) glyceryl monostearate, a soft paste used as an emulsifier and solubiliser. It is chemically stable and safe and is widely used in personal care products and cosmetics.
Thanks to the average level of ethoxylation, PEG-10 Glyceryl Stearate exhibits moderate hydrophilicity and good emulsification ability with an HLB value of 11. In addition, it can be used as a thickener.
PEG-10 Glyceryl Stearate is used in many creams, milky lotions, hair conditioners, and facial cleansers.
