Hydrolyzed Candida Saitoana Extract is a yeast hydrolysate that contains high amounts of α-glucan oligosaccharides with detoxifying properties. Candida saitoana is a yeast used for the protection of postharvest apples and citrus fruits from mold-induced spoilage.

According to the manufacturer, α-glucans from Hydrolyzed Candida Saitoana Extract stimulate the skin's own defense and immune systems, improve cell quality by removing cell debris and allergens from cell membranes (detoxification), rejuvenate stem cells, and promote autophagy.

Moreover, Hydrolyzed Candida Saitoana Extract is claimed to reduce lipofuscin, a yellow-brown, aging-related pigment that forms aggregates responsible for discolorations in mature skin. It enhances cellular longevity and promotes a brighter, more youthful complexion.
