Glycoxantine is a water-soluble complex based on Xanthines (caffeine, theophylline, theobromine) and Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans (GAG) for the cosmetic treatment of localized adiposity.
Caffeine, Theobromine, and Theophylline are xanthines that are generally poorly soluble in water but present in optimal quantities in Glycoxantine.
- Caffeine is present in coffee (Coffea Arabica).
- Theobromine is found primarily in cocoa (Theobroma Cacao).
- Theophylline is present mainly in Tea, which comes from the apical leaves of Camellia Sinensis.
