Soluble Keratin is a water-soluble keratin hydrolyzate, a polymer of natural origin. It exhibits excellent compatibility with the skin and hair because it is derived from natural Keratin, a key structural material found in human skin, hair, and nails.

Blending a small amount of Soluble Keratin into cosmetic formulations imparts softness and smoothness while improving the texture of the final product. It is a skin and hair-conditioning ingredient with an excellent moisturizing effect.

Soluble Keratin also enhances stratum corneum barrier function, lessening transdermal moisture loss. Incorporated in hair care applications, it helps repair damaged hair, improves shine, and combability.
