Oligopeptide-18 is a synthetic peptide that promotes hair removal by inhibiting the maturation of hair follicle cells. This peptide is also known under the trade name Retadrin.

Thanks to dual action, Oligopeptide-18 effectively fights against undesirable hair. It terminates the anagen phase of hair development when it grows and the follicle forms a new shaft. In addition, Oligopeptide-18 promotes the telogen phase when the hair falls out.
